I am an energetic, insightful individual with solid experience in overall Human Resource management, overshadowing multiple organizations at the same time. Over 3 years of proven experience in Personnel Management, Relationships & Administrative Management. Since my joining, I have been given sole responsibility to improve,
update, and manage any human resource or administration challenges
of the organization. In collaboration with AK Digital, based on my
performance I was given additional responsibilities of looking after the
Admin and HR needs of our sister organization, Imperium Alliance. A
non-exhaustive list of areas of responsibilities is as follows:
1. Lead HR Project for both AK Digital and Imperium Alliance.
2. Responsible for the creation of a candidate pool, managing
interviews over the phone, screen the right & interested
candidates.
3. Align assessment and interviews of successful candidates with
department managers of the candidates to conclude the
recruitment drive.
4. Lead for leave management, in-line management, disciplinary,
grievances, and any other HR-related investigations.
5. Lead for end-of-the-month payroll calculations including
deductions, overtime, and reconciliation in line with the
company policies.
6. Developing and updating policies and procedures in line with the
best practices in the industry as well as local legislation.
7. Lead for alignment and concluding employee of the month,
employee of the year, achievement awards, and yearly appraisal
ceremonies.
8. Running orientation, training, and evaluation programs within
the organization, focusing on overall development and
improvement.
9. Overseeing overall facilities management, supply management,
and vendor management of both offices including daily meals
and beverage delivery at given times.
10. Any other task allocated by the CEO or executive management
to assist them.
